A Soft Place to Land: Co-creating with Plants
A Soft Place to Land: Co-creating with Plants
This is a unique and intimate offering where we will commune with plants and the land, to learn what emerges creatively when we are in listening. There will be song, meditation, and different avenues for creative practices including drawing, watercolor painting, and movement.
The workshop will take place on the land that I am currently renting and living on, on the edge of a beautiful green forest and creek. A nourishing vegetarian lunch will be served in between our creative times.
My own personal art practice and self-expression have come to life in a new way by being out in these ancient mountains, and I feel the call to share that with others, so we can learn to listen to the Great Teacher of Nature. Discovering that what comes through each of us is its own unique beauty and magic. This is also a workshop to experience play, relaxation, and trust in our own inner guidance and expression. There will be a loose structure but also lots of room for emerging feeling, creativity, and healing within our held time.
You will come away from this time feeling more grounded in yourself, your imagination and with your plant friends around you, and hopefully make some connections with the other participants as well!
